This applies to orders placed online throughout the Fjällräven websites. We ship to 17 countries across the Asia Pacific from our warehouse, which is based in Taiwan.

*We do not deliver to PO boxes or Army bases.*

Import Duties

Your orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for paying any charges on a parcel. Fjällräven has no control over these charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information before you order.

Shipping Deadlines

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours after they are placed and will be delivered within 4-10 business days. 

Orders submitted on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day. We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, but delays can occur; therefore, we kindly seek your understanding on this matter.

Shipping Holidays

We will not be shipping on Taiwan's public holidays. To avoid any confusion, please check the annual calendar for the exact dates.
