Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for unused products in brand-new condition with the tags still attached.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any used items. We are only accepting items for returns purchased at our website www.fjallravenasia.com.
We cannot process returns bought from third-party websites and marketplaces such as Carousell/Shopee/Lazada, etc. If the items was bought from an authorised reseller, please approach them for a return/exchange. For a comprehensive list, please use our store locator.
Unless otherwise stated, there will be no refunds on all discounted items.
To allow easier facilitation of your returns, we recommend the following steps:
1. Contact our Customer Service via info@fjallraven.hk
When contacting the customer service, please provide the following information :
- Name
- Invoice number
- Address
- Phone number
- Reason(s) for exchange
Please note: Customer is responsible for the delivery fee for returns. Once the validity of the return(s) is confirmed, the delivery fee will be reimbursed in the form of a voucher for the next purchase on our website.
2. Pack the items and return slip securely in a box. You could use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
3. Leave the package at a local SF-Express shipping centre, if applicable. Otherwise, please arrange for SF to pick up from your location. If SF is not available in your market, you may opt for a delivery company most convenient for you. Please note, they must be able to handle sending the package back to our warehouse located in Taiwan.
Refund process

If the return was accepted,
Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after the product arrives at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been processed.
Please allow an extra 1-4 business days for the credit to appear back on your statement. Example: If you paid using a credit card, the refund will be returned to your credit card.

If the return was not accepted,
No refunds will be issued. Instead, you can choose to have the product returned to you, which we will send back at no charge. Alternatively, you may allow us to assist in disposing of the product on your behalf.
Warranty Coverage
We offer a 1-year warranty period starting from the purchase date stated on your receipt. For warranty claims to be processed, you should be able to present a receipt. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to show proof of purchase from our website, if requested.
We only accept goods purchased through our website. For goods purchased in the store or through resellers, the warranty issues should be handled by the respective place of purchase.
