Returns 退貨

We refund all unused items with their original packaging and garment tags still attached for 14 days of receipt of the merchandises. We are only accepting items for returns purchased at one of our Fjällräven webshops.  

No refund on all discounted items.

In order to withdraw from your purchase contract, please return the purchased items following the steps below.
 


To facilitate your return process, we recommend the following steps:
 

1. Use the Return slip, which you have received with your Fjällräven package to fill in the reason of return in the designated fields. Please use the numbers 1 to 8 to specify the reason for return.

2. Contact our Customer Service via email ( customerservice@fjallraven.hk).

When contacting the customer service the following information should be provided: Name - Order number - address - phone number

Please note: A flat fee of 15 USD will be charged for the return shipping.

3. Pack the items and return slip securely in a boxYou can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. 

4. Leave the package for the parcel carrier to pick up, or take it to a post office or shipping center.


Refund process

We will carry out the refund using the same payment method you chose for your initial purchase. Example: If you paid by credit card, we will refund the balance to your credit card. The refund is made within max. 14 calendar days after receipt of the returned items.


Defects liability

We offer a 2-year warranty period that starts from the purchase date stated on your receipt. For warranty claims to be processed you should be able to present a receipt. Note that we only accept goods purchased through our website. For goods purchased in the store/through resellers the warranty issues should be handled by the respective place of purchase that is specified on your receipt.

請注意:將收取15美元的退貨運輸費用。

3. 將物品和退貨單妥善包裝在一個盒子中。可以使用物品抵達的盒子或其他盒子。 

4. 讓包裹交付承運公司,或帶到郵局或貨運中心。


退款流程

我們將使用您購買時選擇的相同付款方式執行退款。例如:如果您使用信用卡付款,我們會將餘額退還到您的信用卡。退款會於收到退回物品後14天內進行。


損壞責任

我們提供兩年保養期,從您收據上註明的購買日期開始。處理保養索賠時,請出示收據。請注意,我們只接受通過我們網站購買的物品。對於在商店/透過經銷商購買的物品,保養問題應由收據上指定的商店處理。
