Fjällräven volunteer

Since the middle of the 1990s, Fjällräven has been involved in working with saving the Swedish arctic fox population and now, together with arctic fox researchers Anders Angerbjörn and Rasmus Erlandsson, we have selected five people to work as volunteers in July this summer.

The volunteers consist of a group of outdoor enthusiasts who will spend ten days out in the mountains, inventorying animals the arctic fox preys on and observing arctic foxes. They will experience the unique environment of the Swedish mountains and get close to the arctic foxes in their natural habitat. In addition, they will get an understanding of the challenges the Swedish arctic fox population faces.

You will soon be able to read more about our five volunteers here, as well as what they think about the volunteer work and the challenges they face.
